Job Description:
1.Liquid Filling - Good knowledge of handling Liquid manufacturing machines such as Rotary Liquid Filling machine, Bottle washing machine, Turn table, Bottle inspection unit.
2.Liquid Mfg. - Good knowledge of handling Liquid manufacturing machines such as Manufacturing vessels having vacuum system, Storage vessels, Cartridge Filtration unit, CIP machine, etc
3.Liquid Packing - Good knowledge of handling Liquid Packing machines such as Turn table, Bottle inspection machine, Check weather, Induction Sealing machine, Dosing cup placing machine, Labeling machine, Conveyor belt, etc.
4.Good knowledge of handling Suppository line machines such as Suppository Filling & Packing machine, etc.
5.Should be able to participate and co-ordinate various validation activities of equipment.
6Good knowledge of handling Dry syrup line machines such as Blender, Sifter, Vacuum cleaner, Bottle washing machine, Dry syrup Filling machine, Capping machine, Metal detector, Check weigher, Induction sealing machine, Turn table, etc.
7.Good knowledge of handling Sachet line machines such as Sachet filling machine, Conveyor belt, etc
8Responsible for implementation of cGMP, EHS Practices & Compliance during the work.
9.Optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
10.To maintain & improve quality of the product as per regulatory standards.
11To train the subordinates on the Operation & Cleaning of equipment.
12Regulatory audit Exposure like USFDA, MHRA, TGA, MCC etc
Designation : Operators to Executives
One should have minimum 2-7 yrs of experience in Production Activities with B.Sc / I.T.I / Diploma in Engineering/B.Pharmacy Qualification.
